2. Payment Security

3. Payment Timelines & Order Confirmation

EFT: Order processed only after funds reflect (email proof of payment to sales@juicedbyliya.co.za).

International Wire: Requires SWIFT confirmation.

Note: Orders expire if unpaid after 48 hours (cart items released).
4. Currency & Pricing

ZAR (Default): Prices include 15% VAT.

USD/EUR: Auto-converted at checkout (rates from XE.com).

Price Adjustments: Promo codes apply before payment. Disputes must be raised before completing checkout.
5. Failed Payments & Retries
Common Issues + Solutions
❌ Card Declined:
→ Update billing address/card details.
→ Contact your bank to approve international transactions (if applicable).
❌ EFT Not Reflected:
→ Email POP to info@juicedbyliya.co.za.
→ Bank delays (especially weekends) may add 24 hours.
❌ PayPal Dispute:
→ We’ll freeze order fulfillment until resolved.
Auto-Retry: Failed card charges are reattempted once after 1 hour.
6. Refunds to Payment Methods

Cards/PayPal: Refunded to original method in 5-7 business days.

EFT/Wire: Requires bank details emailed to info@juicedbyliya.co.za (processed in 7-10 days).

COD Refunds: EFT only (no cash returns).
Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank (up to 14 days for international cards).
7. Prohibited Transactions
✖ Third-Party Payments: Cardholder name must match order details.
✖ Cryptocurrency: Not accepted due to volatility.
✖ Split Payments: Single method per order (exceptions for bulk orders >R10,000).
