JuicedbyLiya’s Refund Policy covers damaged/spoiled juices, incorrect orders, and returns. Report issues within 48 hours with proof for swift resolutions.
 

1. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

We accept refunds or replacements only under these conditions:
✅ Damaged/Leaking Bottles: Physical damage during transit (e.g., broken caps, spills).
✅ Spoiled Juices: Unpleasant odor/flavor or bloated packaging (signs of fermentation).
✅ Incorrect Orders: Wrong flavor, size, or missing items.
❌ Non-Eligible: Changed preferences, failure to refrigerate after delivery, or delays beyond our control.

Timeframe: Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (photos/video required).

2. Step-by-Step Refund Process

Step 1: Report the Issue

  • Email support@juicedbyliya.co.za with:

    • Order number.

    • Clear photos/video of the issue (e.g., damaged bottle, spoiled juice).

    • A description of the problem.

Step 2: Assessment

  • Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:

    • Approval for a refund (processed in 5–7 business days) or

    • A replacement (shipped within 1–2 business days).

Step 3: Resolution

  • Refunds: Credited to your original payment method.

  • Replacements: Shipped with priority tracking (no extra cost).

3. Special Cases

Bulk/Event Orders

  • For orders of 50+ bottles, we may require a sample bottle returned for quality testing.

  • Replacements for events are prioritized (next-day delivery available).

International Orders

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs and customs duties.

  • Replacements may take 7–14 business days due to logistics.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

🚫 Customer Errors: Wrong shipping address provided.
🚫 Perishability: Juices left unrefrigerated for >2 hours.
🚫 Minor Packaging Issues: Cosmetic box damage (if bottles are intact).

5. Return Shipping (If Required)

  • For eligible returns, we’ll email a prepaid return label.

  • Do not return items without our approval—no refunds will be issued.

6. Quality Assurance

  • Every batch is pre-inspected for freshness and sealed.

  • We use temperature-logging devices in bulk shipments to verify safe transit.
